Yummy Mexican Dinner Pie Recipe
Create a yummy mouth watering taco pie your family will beg you to make every week. It’s fast, easy, and fun to make!
1 8 oz package refrigerated crescent rolls
1 pound ground chuck
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 16 oz container sour cream
8 oz shredded Mexican-style cheese blend
1 14 oz bag tortilla chips, crushed
Preheat the oven yo 350 degrees. In a square baking pan, arrange the crescent roll dough on the bottom of the pan, flattening it out to cover the bottom of the baking dish. Bake according to directions on package.
While the dough is baking, cook the ground chuck. Drain well when done, then stir in the taco seasoning and mix together.
When dough has finished baking, remove the pan from the oven and spoon the beef over the top. For the next layer, add cheese and sour cream. Top it all off by adding the crushed tortilla chips.
Place the pan back in oven and bake at 350 degrees for about ten minutes, or until shredded cheese melts.
