4 medium red potatoes, chopped
6 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
2 large onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 medium zucchini squash, peeled and chopped
1 medium crookneck squash, peeled and chopped
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 cup water
2 bouillon cubes
2 teaspoons Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Dissolve bouillon in water. Put potatoes, carrots and onions in Dutch oven. Add water and place over coals, cook for 20 minutes. Stir and add pepper, squash and mushrooms. Replace lid and cook 25 more minutes.
