Yummy and Easy Zucchini Side Dish
Here’s a yummy zucchini recipe that’s also gluten free and super easy to make!
Slice each zucchini in half. Slice off the bottom of the zucchini to keep it stable and sitting upright. Brush the tops with olive oil and then add garlic or garlic powder on top of the halves. Top with ripe sliced tomatoes – salt and pepper to taste.
Use mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, or mixed blend. Sprinkle with basil. Bake 375 for 20 to 30 minutes until soft.
