1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg, slightly beaten

2 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
Open one of the cans of the crescent rolls. Unroll the dough and press it onto the bottom of a greased 9×13 baking dish, forming a bottom crust. Firmly press the seams of the cresent rolls dough together to seal. Using a hand mixer, on medium speed, beat the cream cheese, vanilla, egg and half a cup of the sugar. Continue beating until the mixture is well blended. Spread the mixture evenly across the dough crust.
Open the second can of crescent rolls dough and unroll onto a large sheet of wax paper. Pat out the dough, forming a 9×13 rectangle. Press the seams of the dough together to seal. Carefully remove the dough from the wax paper by inverting it over the baking dish and place the pressed out dough over the cream cheese mixture to form a top dough crust.
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from oven when done. In a bowl, mix together the remaining half cup of sugar along with the cinnamon. Cut the cheesecake squares. Sprinkle it all over the top of the cheesecake squares.
